Zurvita – Zurvita Goes Public On The OTC BB Stock Exchange
Zurvita Co-Founder Mark Jarvis announced tonight that Zurvita, as of July 30th, is a publically traded company.
More to follow soon, but here are some thoughts on what that means for Zurvita consultants and people thinking about joining Zurvita as a business:
1. Credibility – Being a public company, Zurvita will be held to a higher standard of conduct both on the corporate level and from the field.
2. Vesting Individuals – Not only do we have a chance to become partners with the company from an independent side, but now we can have a vested interest in the company’s performance as a whole.
3. New Opportunities – I believe more things will come Zurvita’s way than they would if we remained just a wholly owned subsidiary of Amacore.
